Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
We accept returns within [14/30] days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.

It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [support@FABTROOP.com] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with return instructions and the return shipping address.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on the following items:

Gift cards

Downloadable digital products

Personalized or custom-made items

Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

Health and hygiene products (e.g. undergarments, cosmetics) unless damaged or defective
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. If you need an exchange:

Include your order number and a clear photo of the item and issue.

We’ll review the request and, if approved, arrange for a replacement to be sent or advise on the next steps.
Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:

Photos of the item and packaging

A brief description of the issue
We’ll take care of it quickly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

First check your bank or credit card statement again.

Then contact your payment provider; processing time may vary.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive and then follow the return process.
