Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and seals intact.

  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Personalized/customized items

  • Sale or clearance items (if marked as final sale)

  • Health & personal care products (e.g., skincare, cosmetics, undergarments), unless damaged or defective

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within [48–72 hours] of receiving the item, along with clear photos of the issue.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at [support@FABTROOP.com] with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

  2. We’ll respond with return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Securely pack your item and ship it to the address provided.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [5–10 business days], depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. If you need an exchange, email us at [support@FABTROOP.com] with your order number and a photo of the item received.

7. Cancellations

We accept order cancellations within [X hours] of purchase. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, you may initiate a return after receiving the item.
